RETURN POLICY — NOCTELYA
30-night trial — risk-free
We're convinced that Noctelya will transform your nights. That's why we give you 30 nights to be certain.
If after 30 nights the mouth tape doesn't work for you — for any reason — we refund you in full. You keep everything. No return necessary. Plus, we give you $10.
How it works
- Send us an email at contact@noctelya.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Send us a photo with the mouth tape on your mouth one evening, to prove you tested it
- Sign an honor statement certifying that you sincerely tested it for at least 7 consecutive nights and that, despite proper use, you couldn't sleep with your partner / couldn't sleep at all due to snoring despite your partner wearing it properly
- Your full refund is processed within 5 business days
- Keep everything — no need to return the product
- Receive an additional $10 to compensate you for your time

We're sorry it didn't work for you. We compensate you for your time with a full refund + $10 cash.
Conditions
- Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt
- Minimum 7 consecutive nights of sincere testing required
- The mouth tape can have been used — that's the point of the trial
- One refund per order
- Refund is made to the original payment method
- The $10 compensation is sent via PayPal or Venmo within 5 business days
5-Year Warranty
Beyond the return policy, your Noctelya mouth tape is guaranteed for 5 years against any manufacturing defect. In case of defect, we replace your product free of charge.
